Land & Body — Root Chakra Transmission for Physical Health
The Physical Body
The Root Chakra governs the legs, feet, ankles, knees, hips, pelvis, perineum, base of the spine, lower back, colon, large intestine, bones, blood, adrenal glands, and the body's wider structural foundations.
The Emotional & Energetic Landscape
The Root Chakra is associated with safety, stability, survival, grounding, belonging, trust, and our relationship with support. It influences how secure we feel within ourselves, our lives, and the world around us.
This transmission works across the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual layers of the Root Chakra — supporting the areas of the body and being connected to this centre.
The Land
This energetic transmission was gathered within a tunnel-like sea cave, only accessible when the tide draws back and reveals the entrance. It is located at one of the most westerly points of the island of Ireland — a direction often associated with the setting sun, endings, descent, and the return inward.
Surrounded by deep red stone and held within the earth itself, it was recorded within the window of the Winter Solstice — the time of year when the sun appears to stand still before beginning its return.
A place that reflects one of nature's oldest truths: what is emerging above ground is first formed below it.
The Journey
You will begin with a Root Chakra connection practice, bringing awareness into the physical areas connected to this centre.
From there, you are guided through a focused box breathing practice to support grounding, nervous system regulation, steadiness, and presence within the body.
You are then brought into the cave itself, where the space opens for you to receive the transmission before being gently guided back out.
Integration
The journey closes with Root Chakra affirmations designed to support a gradual shift in the thoughts, beliefs, and inner dialogue connected to this centre.
The Land & Body Series
This is the first transmission in the Land & Body series, and a powerful place to start. Before the body can open, it first needs to feel supported. The more solid your foundation, the further you can expand and grow in life.
Land & Body is a seven-part transmission series gathered from sacred landscapes across Ireland, designed to support the body through its connection to the chakra system. Each transmission works with a specific energy centre and the organs, systems, and structures it influences — while also supporting the emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual layers connected to that centre.
Working With the Series
You are welcome to begin with whichever chakra you feel most drawn to.
Equally, you may choose to move through the series in sequence — from Root to Crown — allowing each centre to build upon the one before it.
There is no right or wrong approach. Trust your intuition, your body, and what feels most supportive for you at this time.
Working With the Transmission
The beauty of a recorded transmission is that you can return to it whenever you need.
For a deeper experience, you may wish to work with this recording for 3, 7, or 21 days, allowing the body time to integrate and strengthen its connection to this chakra.
Each time you listen, something new may reveal itself. What is felt, noticed, or experienced on one day may be different the next.
If you choose to work with the transmission over a longer period and feel called to take a break, honour that. Trust your body and its timing. You can always return when it feels right to do so.
Supporting the Body
While the transmission does the work it needs to do, you can support the process by caring for the body in simple ways.
Stay well hydrated, as water plays an important role in the body's natural processes of movement, cleansing, and renewal.
Gentle movement can also be beneficial. Walking, stretching, swimming, or simply moving the body throughout the day can help support circulation, flow, and integration.
Where possible, create moments of grounding and connection with nature. Standing barefoot on grass, sitting with a tree, feeling the sun on your skin, or spending time outdoors can all help the body settle and integrate what is unfolding.
Above all, listen to your body. It will often tell you what it needs. 🌿
